RE: Preliminary Plans Comments - Riverchase Club Block 1 & 2
1. Identify deceleration lane along southbound MacArthur Blvd.
2. MacArthur Blvd. landscape and irrigation improvements will comply with the
Streetscape Plan.
3. Riverchase Drive and MacArthur Blvd. entry will comply with the Streetscape Plan.
4. Park Dedication Ordinance will be required on final plat: i.e.. 2.8 acres or S1.285.00
per dwelling unit.
5. Any and all common areas will be maintained by the Homeowners Association.
6. Ail common areas need to be described by metes and bounds and placed on the final
plat.
