RE: Walk-thru Freeport IX 9/27/01
1. Replace fire valve pad at fa-st vault,
2. Need plugs on ball valves in vault small & large.
3. h'rigatiou needs plugs in DC 2" and domestic.
4. Need a litter from landscaper stating that he will not cover water valves or manholes.
$. Note: No valve to vault will k~ll rn~ hydrant on stub out 2 locations.
6. Need paiw~rwork on 2 vaults DDC and all 2" DC domesOc & irrigation tested.
7. First fire hydrant leaking at top.
8. Grout i~ide manhole around pipe at Coppell Rd.
9. Need blue fire hydrant buttons in street at 3 fwe hydrants.
10. Flow test last fire hydrant and check for leak.
11. WAD needs rain pan on WAD at Freeport.
12. Dig drainage around 2a vault.
