1, Reset WAD mnnhole and grout imlde.
2. 2'" FIE on east side of build~g ks dripping.
3. 4m FH on east side of building is leaking.
4. Cle~n drainage for vault at southwest vault or raise vault door,
5. Need cap cover for F'we Department.
6. At 2~ vault mark FLY not FItV on pad.
Replace irrigation box to metal meter can on DC.
8. Need paperwork on 2 vaults tested DDC.
9. Repair .chain on FH northwest of building.
10. Remove dirt and flush with ground, around irrigation DC at 24 vault.
