Per you conversation with Bryan Dmsl= on September 26, 200L it is out intention to
locate thc existin8 Stainless Steel'stub up on thc south side of 701 Haxnmond Slxeet and
bring cteanout to grade. In addit/on we will attempt to locate ~wo (2) fiteline valv~
servicing fire hy/lrant on Hammond Sub=t, We will havc this work completed no later
than October 12, 2001. Additional items to b~ completed by September 28, 2001:
i. Paint irrigation backflow preventer can
2. Cap test ports
3. Fax direct to Danny the backflow preventer test tegotts
4. Cut curb cut off stack no more than 2r' above/fade
5. At north meter vaalt in&tall cap at I test pot~.
