DISCUSSION: This is the final plat document which tracts with the preliminary plat
approval granted in the summer of 1998. In general staff supports this
request with minor alterations as elaborated on below.
RECOMMENDATION TO THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
The pli~nning staff recommends approval of the final plat subject to the
