Box 478 Coppell, TX 75019-4409 RE: Replat of Lot 3 of Gateway Business Park Dear Mr. Griffin: This letter is confirming our conversation yesterday in regards to facilitating the signing of Replat of Lot 3 into Lots 3A, 3B, & 3C. The replatting is necessary to complete our land sale to Haverty's. The replat has established the lot lines in a manner that ensures that our remaining lots are developable, and facilitate the condemnation of a section of Exchange Circle which is necessary for Haverty's proposed expansion plans. We respectfully request that the plat be signed and recorded now and that we be allowed to delay paying impact fees required for Lot 3B until issuance or submittal of a building permit since we currently have development of this lot on hold pending some current build-to-suit opportunities under discussion.
