Dear David:
Selling a home is tough. And, I must sell mine. No two ways about it. The bricks
and concrete blocks in the creekbed are preventing me from selling my home. This
week we had a very interested party, but the condition of the creekbed turned them off.
People can cut weeds, trim trees, and plant ground cover, but they don't want
upscale home with debris on their property.
David, we're right back where we were twenty-four (24) months ago. And now there
is more at risk. I want the bricks and concrete removed from the creekbed by May
31, 1989.
I have tried being patient, cooperative, and tolerant and to no avail. This is now a
business matter and needs permanent resolution, immediately.
