in response to your verbal request on September 20, i made an on-site
inspection of the drainage area northeast of Maywood Circle. north
~£ Meadowcreek Drive about l'2:~,Jp.., on men,ember 22

,~.~ creek bed up ts a point it reached Phillips property,
about 125-150 feet north of Meadowcreek and equal to the last rear
yar~ ~f the homes facing west on Maywood Circle and parallel to the
creek bed. drainage area. Large pieces of concrete, numerous pieces
of brick, two lengths of trees about i0" in diameter littered the low
area. Several =" ?VC Fipes from the yards on Maywood Circle drained
toward the creek ked half-way uE the bank.
.2:her than :he unsightliness of the material in the creek bed, i would
not support the idea it constituted rodent harborage conditions. By

material; and~ ,.2: if it was subject ~o removal.
Pen~ing current assessment of the accumulated material in the creek
bed, corrective activin ky the Ciry can be initiated because ~1~ the
c~>ncrete and broken trick is not "natural", i.e. similar to surrounding
soil ~ype, and :2, there is nc five feet (5') of clean fill covering
the material deposited on Phillips' property adjacent to the creek
bel. This requirement was indicated by the City Public Works Inspector.
