On August 9, 1988, the'DRC met to discuss the following cases:

PD-106
Hager Containers - Preliminary Plat
Hager Containers - Final Plat
S-1036
S-1034
Because there was no representatives from the Public Works Department in
attendance, the concerns of the Public Works Department were not ad-
dressed at the meeting. After receiving the written comments, it
appears that there may be some conflicting staff recommendation on two
specific items, Hager Container Addition and Phillips Addition.
Therefore, I am hereby requesting your attendance, as Public Works
Director, at the Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting on Thursday,
August 18, 1988, at 7:30 p.m., or please send a designee if you will not
be able to attend. I believe that the needs of the Public Works
Department will be better met, if you or your designee is at the meeting
to d~scuss this issue, and to answer any questions raised by the
CommJ. ssion.
Please respond by Thursday, August 18, 1988, prior to 12:00.
