As requested by the Review Committee yesterday i am providing
proof of pro-rata payment,letters of acceptance of the existing
water and sewer lines,a rough drawing of the proposed drainage
showing the elevations of all lots in this PD ang all surroundin~
lots, arough drawing of the existing and proposed water and sewer
layout. I also show a typical drive approach/ ieadwalk detail.
I will bring a copy of the as-built sewer line to the meeting of
August 2.
The property is now graded generaly to the elevations shown on
this plan.
