Dear Sir,
I would appreciate very much being put on the agenda
to speak before the city council in reference to the
Phillips Drive drainage ditch. I am representing a number
of petitioners that wish to make the council aware of the
problems the ditch is causing the neighborhood.
Please advise me of a date to appear. The neighborhood
is anxious to find a solution as rapidly as possible due
to the health hazards involved.
