Enclosed is a copy of the City of Coppeli Development Fee Assessment list. along with a copy of
the Development Fee Calculations for the Primrose School.
Please make payment to the City of Coppell in the amount of $6,750.00 and forward it to Alan
Johnson, Finance Director, along with a copy of the Fee Assessment List. A copy of the Engineer's
estimate or contract for this project will need to be provided to our department so the construction
inspection fee can be verified.
Providing a copy of ,,'our paid receipt to our office will help us to verify payment of the required
fees and insure a successful beginning of this project. We look forward to working ~'ith you on this
