RE: First Landscape Review Comments for the Primrose School of Coppeil.
Dear Mr. Leeming:
The City of Coppell has received the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer:
1. Provide an eight foot band width for the brick pavers at the entrances as per City of
Coppell Streetscape Plan Section VIIIA p. 123.
2. Show the dimension of the sidewalk on Heartz and Parkway Blvd.
3. Label the road humps on the landscape plans.
4. On the irrigation plans, show the double check detail connected to the 3/4" and 1" meter
service detail. Also, show the irrigation and domestic meter sizes on the plans.
There are various other minor comments throughout these plans. Once these comments have been
addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the City for review. If you should
