Dear Mr. Reck:
The City of Coppell intends to construct a sidewalk from the cul-de-sac at Bradford
Drive to the southeast corner of the Riverchase Elementary School. The proposed
sidewalk is partially located within a flood plain and will be elevated in this area. The
sidewalk will cross over an existing City of Irving 30-foot water line easement (Vol.
97138, Pg. 4091). Attached is a set of construction plans for the proposed sidewalk for
your review. The City respectfully requests approval to construct and maintain the
sidewalk within Irving's existing easement.
