1. Label the graphic scale.
2. Label the ownership and width of the easements belonging to the City of Irving and
Dallas Water Utilities. Label the width of the TP &L and DP &L easements. Label
the City of Coppell's existing 15 -foot sanitary sewer easement that is shown on the
plans.
3. Do Notes 5 & 6 of the GENERAL NOTES apply to this project?

1. Would consider stationing the centerline of the sidewalk.
2. There is a 42 -inch water line in the DP &L easement. It needs to be shown and
labeled. We do not have a set of plans for this water line.
3. The top of the 60 -inch storm sewer, as shown in the design plans, is at the same
approximate elevation as the flow line of the proposed 5'x3' box. Is there room to
construct the box culvert? The box will have to be extended when Star Leaf Road
is constructed, need to take into consideration where and how the existing 39 -inch
RCP will tie in.
4. Is there a standard for the 5'x3' box culvert in the NCTCOG or Coppell standards?
5. The Type B headwall detail in the Coppell standards is for a pipe culvert. Is this
the standard that the plans refer to?
6. The 54 -inch water line is labeled as 30 -inch in the City of Irving easement. ��
