1. Indicate the width of the existing right-of-way of Deforest Road.
2. Show the Volume and Page of the existing sanitary sewer easement along the west side of
the development adjacent to MacArthur Blvd.
3. Show the 10'xl0' right-of-way corner clips on the plat.
4. Show the street name on the plat of the street intersecting Canterbury Court.
5. The preliminary Impact Fee calculations are shown incorrectly on the water and sewer
sheet. Please remove the table.
6. Show the Floodplain Administrator paragraph.
7. Show the right-of-way of the proposed streets.
8. Need to provide erosive banks note.
