To ensure adequate water pressure in the future, an 8' water line should be extended to the west between lots 9 and 10. Therefore a 20' waterline easement should be provided. 2. Due to the erosive nature of creek banks, especially in bends, some type of slope stabilization should be considered along common area 7X. 3. The proposed screening wall needs to be at least 8' east of existing sanitary sewer line which is located on the east side of MacArthur Blvd. 4. Provide a drainage map showing existing topographic information. 5. If sidewalk does not exist adjacent to MacArthur Blvd. then this development will need to construct a 5' sidewalk along MacArthur Blvd. 6. No trees will be allowed to be planted on top of the existing sanitary sewer lines along MacArthur Blvd.
