Enclosed is a copy of the City of Coppell Development Fee Assessment table, alons with a copy
of the Development Fee calculations for the referenced development.
Please make payment to the City of Coppell in the amount of $4,500.00 and forward to the
Finance Deparunent alon~ with a copy of the Fee Assessnwnt table. This"amount is a portion
of the assessed fees which need to be paid prior to Council approval. Please refer to attached
table for additional fees. Also provide a copy of the Engineer's estimate or contract to our office
so the construction inspection fee can be verified.
Providing a copy of your paid receipt to the Engineeri~ Department will help us to verify the
payment of required fees and insure a successful begjpnin~ of this project. We look forward
