Floodplain Elevation Certificates

As you may be aware, our Floodplain Maps were been revised as of April 15, 1994. Because
of this revision, additional areas in the Riverchase area are included in the floodplain.
Therefore, I am requesting that the following lots have a finished floor elevation certificate
required. Based on the floodplain maps, the elevation should be a minimum of 447 for Lots 3-
11, Block A of Riverchase Estates. These lots are the remaining lots on the north side of
Stonecrest Drive.
It is my understanding that homes have been built on Lots 1 and 2, Block A of Riverchase
Estates. It would be helpful to determine the elevations of those two lots to ascertain if they
have met the finished floor requirements.
