Dear Mike:
This isa follow-up to our conversation concerning the construction
of the retaining wall between Riverchase Estates and the Riverchase
Golf Course. We are aware that a drainage easement exists between
lots 26 and 27 block A. The top of the retaining wall will be
notched to provide for positive drainage at this location. The
homebuilder will perform the final grading at the time of
construction of the homes on these lots.
