Walk-through Punchlist for Riverchase Estates -
Sewer/Sanitary Sewer
This morning a walk-through was conducted on the above referenced
project by Utilities field personnel. The following items were
found deficient on this project.
1. Lot 29 Block A m Needs pad repoured around clean out.
2. Lot 17 Block A - Fire hydrant bonnet leaking.
3. Lot 11 Block B - Fire hydrant bonnet leaking.
4. Lot I Block C - Manhole needs rain pan.
5. Lot 11 Block G - Needs pad poured around main line
Valve.
6. Lot 23 Block A - Valve stem risers need reset on valve
and stacks straightened.
7. Lot 27 Block A - Lot clean out needs pad repoured.
8. Lot 18 Block A - Lot clean out needs pad repoured.
9. Lot 2 Block B - Clean out lateral needs pipe recur
10. Lot 41 Block A - Pad repoured.
11. Ail lots - Paint fire hydrant valve caps red.
Please ensure that each of these items is corrected prior to
acceptance of this project.
