This is in reference to your request dated November 16, 1992 to install your'
Portable Concrete Batch Plant, Serial No. 87-1020 under Exemption No. 93. The
information submitted in suppor* of your request has been evaluated, and it
has been determined that your facility appears to meet the qualifications of
Exemption No. 93 of our June 18, 1992 Standard Exemption Liar. Based upon the
evidence presented and information gathered by this office, the Executive
Director has determined that authorization can be granted to construct and
operate this facility at a site contiguous to the proposed north right-of-Wa~
of Westchester Drive, approximately 150 feet west of Riverchase Drive and 1~§0
feet north of McArthur Boulevard~ Coppell~ Dallas County, Texas.
This authorization is contingent upon continued compliance with the
requirements of this exemption. The operation of this facility at this site
will be monitored routinely by staff personnel to ensure compliance with ali
Rule~ and Regulations of the Texas Air Control Board. Please be advised
Permit Exemption No. X-21746B is void upon install~tion of Plant Serial
No. 87-1020 at this site.
