Dear Mr. Davis:
We wish to set a temporary concrete batch plant on the
above mentioned site. The attached drawing will show the
exact location. The plant and location will meet all the
Texas Air Control Board specs. We will forward an approval
letter from the Board to you once we receive it. The plant
will only be in operation a short time and we hope this
letter will meet with your approval.
We also need a letter from the City of Coppell sent to
the Air Control Board confirming that the streets will be
City right-of-way upon final acceptance.
Please let me know if there is additional information
you require. Thanks for all your help.
