Dear Mr. Griffin;
The storm sewer designs for this addition is based on a 10 year
Future Elm Fork Peak Discharge Tailwater Elevation as set forth in
the letter to your office dated August 5, 1992, from Mr. Mike
Daniel with Nathan D. Maier, Consulting Engineers, Inc. The
systems designed with this addition were designed to carry a 100
year discharge from the subdivision using the above described
tailwater elevation.
It is our understanding the design criteria for permitting
tailwater elevation usage is acceptable to the city if the onsite
storm drainage systems are designed to carry the 100 year discharge
and the inlet sags are above the 100 year water surface elevation.
Our design is to comply with the above criteria.
