SUBJECT: Riverchase Home Owners Association
Attached is a letter from the above mentioned Association. They are questioning their
responsibility for the maintenance of the Mac, Arthur Blvd. median in the Riverchase
development.
They are asking the City to supply any and all documentation requiring them to provide the
maintenance.
Please check our records to see if there is any documentation requiring them to do the
maintenance, if none exists we need to let them know. If the latter is the case, I would
assume the City would be responsible for the maintenance.
Please prove me with copies of any communications with the Association, concerning the
maintenance of MacArthur.

Re: MacArthur Boulevard Maintenance
Dear Mayor Morton:
The Riverchase Owners Association (Association) has been told by
the City Staff, that the Association is responsible for the
landscape maintenance for that portion of MacArthur Boulevard
passing through Riverchase. Because of the City Staff's position,
the Association has accepted that responsibility.
The Association hereby requests a copy of official city action
requiring the Association to provide landscape maintenance of
MacArthur Boulevard.
