DISCUSSION
The following is o~r understanding of the subject matter covered
in this conference; if this differs with your understanding, please
notify us.
1. City agreed to 446.00 elevation for 100-year at Sandy Lak.e Road
and 444.5 at rear of property.
2. Schedule: i month City review of flood study
3-6 month FEMA review
3. No loss of valley storage allowed. No rise in flood elevation
a 11 owed.
4. Ultimate and existing flood elevations are almost equal in this
area.
5. Wetlands does not seem to be an issue.
6. City still waiting on response from FEMA on the City's latest map
submitta 1.
7. City concerned about this development's impact on existing
apartments.
8. Fill level will be existing plus two (2) f~et (446.5 to 448).
9. Trinity River Corridor Development Plan review will be required.
