Steve Morton - Needs emergency phone numbers.
- Biggest concern is keeping the Sandy Lake Road crossing
clean and acceptable for car traffic.
The traffic signs on Sandy Lake Road at this time are
acceptable. Need to keep them clean and make sure they
are standing at all times.
Would like to know when first safety meeting is, and
would like to bring Lt. Leonard with him to it to
express his concerns.
Mike Daniel The cut off date for the draws is on the 20th of each
month. We will have the quantity to Pyramid by the
25th.
Bo Leonard - Jack will be doing spot checks for Pyramid. Ak ~he end
of the Job, Pyramid will hire a third party to check
quantities.
Need drawings of each site blown up with only grid lines
on it (Hank will supply).
Bob Doss - Will be running tests every 10,000 s.f., will need grid
stakes to locate his tests. Pyramid will provide these
stakes.
Abb Johnson - Pyramid will start off working one-ten hour shift, five
days a week.

Bo Leonard - Pyramid is responsible for first foot. If any mucking
needs to be done past that, we will get together to talk
about it.
General Discussion:
Flagman - If there are any problems, let Steve Morton or Lt.
Leonard know. Female fla~men seemed to work better in
the past than the male ones.
We have in the past had weekly construction meetings and would like to con-
tinue this practice. These meetings have proven to be very worthwhile in
coordination of the project.
Jeff Turner needs to take care of brush piles. Jensen needs to clean up the
P~C pipe they left.
Pyramid will probably be allowed to work in more than one area if there ~s
enough equipment on site to properly meet the processing requirements and
given schedule. This will be decided after work has begun. Tom and Abb will
need to work together very closely on this.
Pyramid has requested that all other hauling from the pit to stop. The
District has agreed to this.
