This is in reference to your request dated May 11, 1987 to install your Portable Concrete Batch Plant No. 810409 under Exemption No. 93. The information submitted in support of your request has been evaluated, and it has been determined that your facility appears to meet the qualifications of Exemption No. 93 of our April 25, 1986 Standard Exemption List. Based upon the evidence presented and information gathered by this office, the Executive Director has determined that authorization can be granted to construct and operate this facility 400 feet north of Beltline Road and 50 feet east of MacArthur Boulevard, Coppell, Dallas County, Texas. This authorization is contingent upon continued compliance with the requirements of this exemption. The operation of this facility at this site will be monitored routinely by staff personnel to ensure compliance with all Rules and Regulations of the Texas Air Control Board.
