Mr. Collins:
As you know, we have had great difficulty in obtaining the city requested letter of permission
from the adjacent property owner to the south. We've discussed this issue with them on
numerous occasions and have also coordinated with their engineer. We believe there is no
alternative but to redesign the grades and limit construction /grading to within the property.
Therefore, we request your assistance in reviewing the revised grades along the subject
properties south property line. Following you review, please call with any questions and/or
comments.
