We are submitting herewith two sets of plans of the corrected site/civil drawings of the
referenced project. These documents address the City's review comments and are considered,
by our office, ready to permit/construct.
Furthermore, and in response to your January 26th review comments, we offer the following:
1) Include paving plan sheet .... -We've complied with this comment; please refer to sheet C1,
Site/Layout & Paving Plan and sheet C5, Details.
2) All engineering sheets .... - We've complied with this comment.
3) Included with this development, a 5'-wide sidewalk .... - Existing and proposed sidewalks
are shown; please refer to sheet Cl, Site/Layout & Paving Plan.
4) On the grading/drainage .... - Although we do not necessarily agree with using a 0.9 runoff
coefficient on ~fully soded area, we've complied with this comment; please refer to sheet
C2, Drainage P~lan.
5) Provide hydrau~c .... - We've complied with this comment; please refer to sheet C2,
Drainage Plan.I '
6) Please move th~ proposed .... - We've complied with this comment; please refer to sheet
C2, Drainage P~an.
7) Drainage Area § .... - We've complied with this comment; please refer to sheet C3, Grading
Drainage Plan; the owner/developer is coordinating with the adjacent property owner for a
letter of permission.
8) Provide a detail ....- We've complied with this comment; please refer to sheet C2, Drainage
Plan.
9) Please try to modify... - We've complied with this comment.
10) The fire protection .... - We are complying with this comment; a copy of plat and utility site
plan are being forwarded to Fire Marshal, Travis Crump at 500 Southwestern Boulevard.
