by representatives of the City of Coppell.
Paving and utilities have been verified and are in compliance with
the City of Coppell standard requirements.
Commitments to the streetscape/landscape plan should be completed
by 11/21/88.
The one-year maintenance bonds and as-built drawings have b~e~]
received from both contractors. Maturity on the bonds will b~p one
year from the date of this letter (10/20/89).
