Dear Mr. James:
We have received your letter of October 18th containing a
contract for landscaping at Riverchase Golf Club and the
request for immediate issuance of a temporary Certificate of
OccuDancy. We have taken the liberty of forwarding this
letter and contract to our Chief Building Official Dale
Jackson whom we assume you are working with to obtain this
Certificate of Occupancy. Mr. Jackson and myself are bond
by the dictates of city ordinances in this matter. I will
ask Mr. Jackson to contact you and inform you of the
procedures necessary to obtain this Certificate of
Occupancy.
We are extremely excited about your plans for opening the
course and hope this will occur in the very near future.

encourage all those golfers we are acquainted with to avail
themselves of your facility.
