SUBJECT: City Council Docket for October 11, 1988
Per your request, the purpose of this memo is to inform you of the
Planning and Zoning activities scheduled for the October 11, 1988 City
Council agenda. Two plats and one zoning case (which is a special use
permit request by American Golf for a private club) were scheduled, as
well as two other items of business.
An ad has been placed in the Citizen's Advocate for Friday, September
23, 1988, which fulfills the City's requirement to advertise fifteen
(15) days prior to the scheduled meeting. The ad states that the item
is scheduled for the October 11, 1988 City Council meeting.
Applicants have been notified of the October 11, 1988, meeting; however,
staff will be happy to re-notify applicants in the event that the City
Council meeting is rescheduled.
