information sent to the Texas Municipal League. Councilman
Bill Smothermon has asked that we make sure you receive this
information. Please find attached a copy of a letter dated
June 7, 1988 and signed by all councilmembers which was
transmitted to Mr. Walter Fisher, Director of Legislative
Services, Texas Municipal League and copies of letters
mailed to the Honorable Terral Smith, the Honorable Tati
Santiesteban, and the Honorable Jerry Youst. A letter dated
May 12, 1988 addressed to Mr. Dean Robbins, Director of
Water Utilities Divison, Texas Water Commission was also an
attachment to this letter. I believe these are the
documents that you have requested.
Please be informed that I will be unable, as a matter of
routine, mail~e~of all future correspondence to you,
but would i~ite y~u t~please periodically check our files
related td~ Riverchasel or the Northwest F]Qod Control
District-a ~uestc~9~ies of any documents that you need.
I will also make the Mayor and City Council aware of your
request and concern, and they may chose to include you on
the list of individuals to receive carbon copies of their
letters.
