Utility Relocations
Dear Ms. Sauseda:
I appreciate you and Mike Martinez meeting with Larry Davis and me today to discuss
the relocation of Verizon's facilities along the east side of Freeport Parkway. It was
determined in our on-site meeting that Verizon will need to relocate five or six utility
poles. As discussed, the utilities will need to be relocated on or before December 1,
2001 in order to avoid any conflicts with the proposed construction. Enclosed is a set
of the construction plans and I will inform you of the date and time of the pre-
construction meeting.
