Utility Relocations
Dear Mr. Dragon:
The City of Coppell intends to construct the Creekview Drive and Freeport Parkway
Project (ST 00-01). Schrickel Rollins and Associates, Inc., submitted two sets of fmal
construction plans to you on August 3, 2001 in order for you to identify any existing
utilities within the project limits and to determine any utility conflicts with the proposed
construction. You were also requested to return one set of plans with your mark-ups,
which we have not received to date.
The project will be awarded during the September 18, 2001 City Council meeting and
construction will begin in early October. The City is requesting that all utilities
impacted by the proposed construction be relocated and/or adjusted prior to the
beginning of construction. I would also appreciate it if you could return the marked-up
set of plans indicating whether or not you have any utility conflicts and a time schedule
for any necessary relocations. A pre-construction meeting will be scheduled after the
project is awarded and I will inform you of the date and time.
