Right-of-Way/Easements
Reviewing new cross-sections to evaluate resulting easement requirements on airport
property following adjustment to roadway alignment adjacent to the CICI's Addition
and the Gulf United Industries' Addition property, west of Royal Lane.
· Worked on line weights in drawings
· Began adjusting median breaks to 90 feet
· Began changing median widths from 14 feet to 16 feet
Hydrology Study
· Received staged discharge information from City of Coppell and began reviewing
information
· Worked on eliminating errors from Pond Pak Model
· Items needed:
- Plans for new development south of Bethel Road
- Pond Plans for new development
- Culvert extension plans for new development
