Dear Mr. Morton:
On June 2, 1987, personnel from the Trinity River Authority's Engineering
Division conducted a final inspection of the point of entry for the above
mentioned project. The connection is now completed to Authority standards
and the Authority approves the point of entry. Due to the likelihood of a
back-up into the City's line from the Authority's Coppell interceptor, the
Authority recommends periodic flushing of the City's line to alleviate the
solids build-up until such time the developments flow contribution becomes
significant.
Again, it is understood that the point of entry flow will represent the City
of Coppell and will be metered at meter station I?.0E.
