RE: Riverchase Development 15" Sanitary Sewer Outfall
Thank you for your handwritten memo (12/21/88) concerning the above
referenced item. I tried my best to follow and to understand your
comments.
Can you advise who informed you that Public Works has worked out an
agreement with the developer on maintenance. This is not correct.
It is my understanding that TRA has not submitted written approval
of the connection (construction) to the interceptor line. It appears
TRA did approve the plans many months ago. I am assuming this is
what you are refering to on page 2, paragraph 1 of your memo. It
would help if you would identify where you are getting your information.
At least some of it appears inaccurate.
I concur with you on the majority of your comments concerning Review
Process and would be ha~laV ~n ~i~,,~ phis anytime.~
I had difficulty identifying your recommendation in your correspondence.
What is your recommendation? Is your concurrence with Kevin Pieffer
(memo 9/29/88) your recommendation?
Again, thank you for your help in this matter and I would greatly
appreciate a recommendation from you.
