Steve, I talked to Russ today on status of his
recommendation/evaluation. He informed me that he sent you a hand
written memo of his evaluation and that is all he feels responsible
for. It is my understanding that he feels there is nothing that
can be econimically done to correct the problem at this time until
TRA increases their line or the flow.
