RE: Riverchase 15" Sewer Line Acceptance
Dear Mr. Daniels:
Since Steve Goram's meeting on Thursday, October 20, 1988, regarding
their concerns on the design of the 15" Sanitary Sewer Line that
outfalls into the TRA Trunkline, we have been working to get your
assurance that the outfall of this important development will work.
To date we have not received sufficient information on this matter.
I am sure your client, as well as all of us, want to get this matter
resolved and out of the way. As I indicated during the meeting on
the 20th, I am requesting hydraulic engineering verification that the
TRA line will accept Riverchases flow at design flow, and in between
from no flow. I have sought responses from Ginn, Inc. regarding
their review and approvals and have, as would be expected, gotten
nothing that would provide answers about your design of the sewer
line. Shohre Daneshmand has been working with you on this matter
since we received your additional data after the meeting on October
20th.
The Public Works Department is tracking this matter almost daily in
their interest to resolve the matter, etc.
As you know, within our roles as professional engineers (municipal
review/approval vis a vis private design) we must place the burden on
you to provide verification of your design. I was awaiting your
verification before I sought the TRA's opinion on this situation.
Please let me know if there is anything we can do to expedite this
process. Thanks.
