RE: Riverchase Phase I / 15" Sanitary Sewer Line Tie-In Status (Tickler) According to the letter from Kevin Peiffer dated Sept. 29, it appears that Kevin is recommending that further engineering be pursued to improve the condition of the 15" sanitary sewer line before final acceptance is made. I agree with Kevin and I think we should deny acceptance until this problem can be solved. If you have any questions regarding this matter, please advise.
