Re: Kids R Kids Construction Plans
Dear Sir:
In response to your ~ of November 1, 1994 regarding comme~l~ to the above
construction plans, I enclose three revised sets accommodating the commeots:
1. A double ~ valve is provided at both water meters in R.O.W. of Riverchase Drive.
2. A sanitary sewer cleanout will be provided at lot.
3. An application has beea submitted to the Trinity River Authority for use of their
easement.
4. Irrigation piping has been reconfigured for less crossings in easements.
5. Driveway installation from Riverchase drive at location shown has already been
installed and therefore no water service line may be extended at this time to avoid fuage
disturbance of driveway. Fehmi Karahan, the developer ami person responsible for the
installation of this driveway has stated that sleeves have been installed in some locations
to anticipate such dL~ces. He was not clear as to where they have been installed.
6. Monument sign has been relocated off the easements.
7. An erosion control plan has been provided.
