Construction Plans
Dear Mr. Schoenthaler:
The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following
comments to offer:
1. A double check valve shall be provided at water meter in R.O.W. of Riverchase Drive.
2. Provide a sanitary sewer cleanout at lot.
3. An application must be submitted to the Trinity River Authority (TRA) for use of their
easement.
4. Reconfigure irrigation so there are less crossings of irrigation system in TRA easement,
5. Before driveway is installed from Riverchase Dr. to the development site, a water
service line. should be extended to avoid future disturbance of driveway (see sheet 2).
6. The monument sign can not be located in any easement without written consent.
7. Provide an erosion control plan.
There are various other minor comments throughout these plans. Once these comments have
been addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the City for review. If you
