-RE: Riverchase Plaza Lot B-R Construction Plans
The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following
comments to offer:
1. Provide landscape and irrigation plans.
2. Provide a plat with the next set of plans.
3. On sheet 3 of the plans, label the size of line "1". Also, show the % grade for the
driveway along Riverchase Drive.
4. On the water and sewer plans, place the mete, rs in an easement or R.O.W. outside of
sidewalk.
5. On sheet 5 of the plans, show the hydraulic grade line, Q, capacity of pipe and velocity
in pipe. Also, show a profile and hydraulic calculations for the 33" storm sewer. Show
the 2" domestic water line on line "1".
6. On sheet 6, provide erosion control for the slotted drain.
7. Remove the details shown on sheet 7. See Coppell's standard construction details for all
construction.
Once these comments have been addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the
