Dear Larry:
Pursuant to our on site discussion on August 30, 1994, Spring Valley Construction Company
requests the City of Coppell to issue a temporary Certificate of Occupancy on the above
referenced project. We recognize that there are several incomplete work items left on the project,
including but not limited to the following:

Final grading and completion of the landscape areas.
Dumpster pad and trash receptacles.
Plaster soffits at some locations.
Final clean of site at some locations.
Spring Valley Construction Company wants to assure the City of Coppell that these items will be
complete in the next ten (10) working days. In the meantime, we will insure that areas still under
construction or not quite complete, will be protected from the general public to insure safety for all
patrons until the final completion of the project. Thank you for your cooperation with this matter.
By receipt of this letter, we understand that a temporary Certificate of Occupancy will be issued
today for Blockbuster, until the balance of the work is complete.
