Construction Plans and Landscaping Plans
Dear Mr. Middleton:
The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following
comments to offer:
Easements for water and sewer lines are not required for private utilities (refer to
Sheet 1).
Atul Patel, Graduate Engineer, has indicated on Sheet 3 the type of right lane only
sign (OR 3-5R) recommended by the MUTCD..~ If you have any questions feel free
to contact him at 393-1016. [Sec aHach~,k.~
On the traffic control plans, Sheet 4, the wrong lane is indicated. Please make the
corrections as shown on the sheet.
4. Make the following changes on the water and sanitary sewer plans (Sheet 7):
a. Show existing 30" sanitary sewer.
b. Use the City's Standard Details for all meter installation.
c. Make the corrections to the general notes as indicated.
5. TRA point of entry of sanitary sewer needs to be approved by TRA and City staff.
Brick pavers need to be provided in driveways along MacArthur Blvd. as per the
City's Streetscape Plan.
7. Irrigation plans should be sealed and signed by a licensed irrigator.
There are various other minor comments throughout these plans. Once these comments have
been addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the City for review. If you
