I am sending the current status of the Riverchase Plaza engineering plans in response to your
phone call on March 3, 1994. The plans are currently being reviewed by City staff. Also, fees
are still to be assessed by Public Works and we are waiting for a response from TRA regarding
the point of entry for sanitary sewer connection.
