Dear Mr. Middleton:
The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to
offer:
On the Dimension Control and Paving Plan (Sheet 1) address the following comment:
Provide reflective blue fire hydrant spotters as shown on plans.
Address the comments on Sheet 3 regarding pavement markings and sign locations. If you
have any questions contact Atul Patel, Graduate Engineer at 393-1016.
A comment was made by Howard Pafford, Water Superintendent, regarding the connection
of 8" sanitary sewer into the T.R.A. (Sheet 8). He has asked if you have considered entering
into T.R.A. line at mid to top flow. Contact Howard Pafford, Water Superintendent, at 462-
8495 if you have any questions.
On Landscape Plans show A.D.A. ramps, the 5 foot sidewalk and brick pavers along
MacArthur Blvd. (Sheet 9).
Address the comment regarding the detail for Double Check/Double Assembly gate valve in
regards to the valve box (Sheet 10).
There are various other minor comments throughout these plans. Once these comments have been
addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the City for review. If you should have any
