Dear Mr. Middleton:
The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following
comments to offer:
1. Follow the City of Coppell's Streetscape Plan.
2. On Sheet 6, provide double check valve with meter.
3. Provide electrical surge protection for controller.
Use the City's Standard Detail for double check/double gate valve. Also, address
comments on Sheet 8.
On the miscellaneous detail sheet (Sheet 9), the detail for the deceleration line and
left turn lane show 3 lanes of traffic in both directions. Today, MacArthur only
has 2 lanes of traffic in each direction.
There are various other minor comments throughout these plans. Once these comments have
been addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the City for review. If you
